All Paddle'n'Go participants must complete this form prior to water entry. Understand the risks—including cold water, unpredictable weather, strong currents, collisions, and physical fatigue—to ensure a safe journey. Minimize these risks by always using a PFD and leash, checking forecasts, staying within your skill level, paddling with a buddy, and strictly following all local rules.
