Service Description

3 hour SUP Rental in Victoria Group minimum of 2 people Include drop off & Pick up to your favourite water spot Equipment included : Paddle board, Paddle, Life jacket and dry bags Rental Conditions: - Renters must sign a waiver assuming the responsibility of the equipment and one of personal responsibility. Those under 19 years of age must have a signed consent from a parent or guardian. - Any damaged or lost gear will be charged to the renter at full retail price. Rental fees apply from the reservation start time.Late returns will charged at a rate of $10/ hour. Exceptions may be made due to unsafe paddling conditions. Rental reservations are rain or shine - exceptions may be made due to unsafe paddling conditions - Renters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, In the interest of safety, individuals looking to paddle alone will be asked to describe a solo self rescue to the satisfaction of our rental staff. If you are unable to do so, bring a friend! - PFD's (lifejackets) must be worn at all times while on the water - For more information on this please click here. Cancellation Policy: We try and remain as understanding, flexible and fair as possible with regard to SUP cancellations. Please note that our policy is such that a 24 hour cancellation notice is required in order to avoid any charge.

Cancellation Policy

Events For an event: The entire amount is requested for the reservation. In case of injury or incident, please contact us 24 hours before the event and 100% of the total amount will be refunded. A deadline will be sent to you to make your reservation. A minimum of people must be registered before this deadline, otherwise we will have to cancel or postpone the event. Excursions / Locations A form must be given and a deposit of $ 100 will be given to you at the end. However, if the equipment has not returned in good condition the deposit will not be returned to you for the use of the material. (In the extreme case, you will be charged an additional fee;) Payment: We accept credit cards, Paypal, e transfer and cash. The amount will be debited before leaving with the board. You can also book your board in advance by contacting us privately, we will reserve your equipment with a deposit of 10$ which will be refundable if cancellation more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellation, bad conditions: we will have to postpone the exit for your safety. We will contact you 24 hours in advance to decide. Thank you for your understanding.
