Unwind from the work week and ease yourself into the weekend with a calming SUP yoga class on Thetis Lake!

 

Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body through fluid movements, with the water beneath and the sky above. This hybrid water activity is a great way to challenge your core by adding more levels of balance and movement. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit.

 

This all levels class is accessible to everyone, even if you don’t have SUP or yoga experience!

 

Our fun 2-hr class begins with a short lesson on paddle basics, venturing to a quiet spot on Thetis Lake, followed by 45 minutes of yoga and ending with an open paddle before returning to shore.

 

Once anchored, the floating class will begin with Pranayama (breath), bringing our attention to the beauty around and within us. We will glide into gentle movements (with variations for all abilities) and finish the practice in Savasana.

 

Bring a friend (or two) to share in this wonderful experience, combining yoga and the elements!

 

Class is $20 if bringing your own equipment, or $50 if you need paddling equipment.

 

Please arrive changed and ready to go. Public washroom facilities are located at the main beach at Thetis Lake.

If class does not reach the minimum number of guests, we may cancel. You will not be charged until a minimum of 3 people have signed up, or we decide to run the class.

Be prepared to forfeit your experience with no refund if you do not arrive on time.

Parking:
West Beach parking lot is often full and challenging to find a spot. Please give yourself time and prepare to park at the main lot and walk in (about 10 min).

- Change of Clothes

- Dry Bag (if you have one)
